MISSION

You will be using all human, material and logistic means with the aim to increase the competency of the teams by:
• Listening to and analysing the team conversations;
• Assisting and advising the team;
• Familiarizing the new tele-operators with our system;
• Managing one or more teams;
• Appraising the individual and collective results, and optimising the resources of the team.
